「Had such a wonderful visit! My son was able to bring his boat and put in at the ramp across the lake and then dock it at the property. The tide gets very low around the dock, tie up on the outer side to avoid any issues. Steven, the host was always so communicative. The ride in around the lake is quite long so if you want to do your grocery shopping before, that would be the best idea. House was clean and comfortable. King size beds in each room. We would definitely book again!」

「My wife and I booked this stay because we have too many kids, and we needed to get away. This cabin has everything we needed for the perfect, quiet getaway. Our only regret is not staying longer. Lesson learned. We'll definitely see about a longer stay here, next time. On another note, whatever the housekeeper, Lisa, is being paid, she's worth it and more. This place was absolutely spotless. 」

「Check-in was a breeze. Kitchen facilities were ample. Wi-Fi access was no problem. Very clean. We REALLY enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing, private, quiet, and comfortable. The view itself was worth the whole trip! That front porch was perfect with the comfy chairs. We ate every meal we could on that porch!」

「Larry was a great host, responded quickly and had the cabin ready early for us. We stayed with our dogs, very quiet and secluded, yet near town and state parks for a nice hike with the pups! 「We enjoyed our stay in Mentone. The cabin is a perfect location to Desoto park and surrounding points of interest. We had no idea there were so many waterfalls in Alabama! The cabin was very clean and decorated really cute. Very comfortable beds. Checking in and out was easy. The cabin provided everything we needed. The weather was not in our favor to see the sunsets on the back porch but we did take advantage of the fire pit and the marshmallow sticks provided to make s’mores. Great treat...

「The whole trip was amazing. The caving is comfy and clean. You couldn’t ask for a better view! The privacy and serenity the property provided exceeded my expectations. Also great location only minutes away from little River Canyon where there is a beautiful water fall and a great swimming hole for the family to enjoy also. Only a few miles from Desoto falls another great waterfall close to the cabin. I can’t find one bad thing to say about this trip or cabin. The cabin was adequately supplied...
