EATING OUT
For a relaxed drink or meal by the water, The Anchor Bleu is a charming pub overlooking the quay.

Shoreside Café, located at the end of the High Street, offers lovely views over the water, while Pop-In is just opposite the craft centre, perfect for a quick bite. Inside the craft centre, you’ll also find Wendy’s Café, a cosy spot for coffee and homemade treats.

A short stroll toward the quay brings you to The Millstream Hotel, home to the award-winning Sea School Restaurant (2 AA Rosettes), as well as Marwick’s Brasserie for more casual dining.

Heading back toward the main road, you’ll find The Berkeley Arms Pub, a traditional spot just a few minutes’ walk away - ideal for a laid-back drink or classic pub meal.

NEARBY ATTRACTIONS
Bosham is a delightful village to spend a relaxed afternoon. Enjoy a stroll through its charming streets, stop by local cafés, visit the historic church, and explore the craft centre and art gallery. There are plenty of scenic walking routes around the area.

From the southernmost point in Bosham - just follow Shore Road and the signs - you can catch the ferry across the water to the historic sailing village of Itchenor. Parking is available nearby, or you can enjoy a scenic 30-minute walk along the edge of the harbour to reach the ferry. Once in Itchenor, you can take a Harbour Water Tour, enjoy a meal at The Ship Inn or The Quarterdeck Café, or follow the picturesque Salterns Way walking route all the way to West Wittering Beach.

Just 5 miles east of Bosham, the Roman town of Chichester offers a vibrant pedestrianised centre filled with boutique shops, cafés, restaurants, and galleries. Visit Chichester Cathedral, known for its distinctive separate bell tower-home to nesting peregrine falcons, a treat for bird watchers.

West Wittering Beach is a sandy Blue Flag beach is part of a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Largely undeveloped, it retains its natural charm and offers ample parking. It’s perfect for walking, swimming, paddleboarding, and kite surfing.

For sweeping views over Chichester Harbour and beyond, head to The Trundle, the highest point on the South Downs Way. It's part of the South Downs National Park and the Goodwood Estate, making it a favourite for walkers and nature lovers.

Just off the Midhurst Road, West Dean Gardens is one of England’s finest restored gardens open to the public. Explore the grand pergola, or take a peaceful walk through the historic arboretum.

Next door to West Dean Gardens, is the Weald & Downland Living Museum. This fascinating open-air museum showcases historic buildings reconstructed brick by brick in a stunning downland setting.

Located just 3 miles from Bosham, Fishbourne Roman Palace is the largest residential Roman building ever discovered in Britain. Open daily from 10am to 5pm, it offers a captivating glimpse into Roman Britain through its impressive mosaics and well-preserved ruins.

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire home and garden, with dedicated parking for up to two cars. Use of the secure double garage can be arranged by request. Bosham car park is 100 metres away for additional parking.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.

We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet rolls, shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.

PETS
Two, well behaved dog are welcome to join you on your holiday in the home. Please message in advance with the details of your pet (breed/age).
- Dogs must be well behaved and house trained.
- Please do not allow them upstairs or on the furniture.
- Please clear up after them in the garden and around the property.
- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they are allowed in the house.
- Please do not leave them alone in the property.

YOUNG CHILDREN
Please let us know at the time of booking if you require a cot and high chair. Kindly note that cot bedding is not provided, so we ask that you bring your own.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
