The hotel was okay overall. Its location is incredible, which is definitely the biggest plus. It also has parking, and the facilities feel like a plus in terms of amenities.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing, and the beds were very uncomfortable, which was honestly quite sad and affected the overall experience.
Everything was great from this hotel. The location is excellent. You can walk to many different town locations (restaurants, the Main Park, the San Servacio Temple, Calzada de los Frailes).
Staff was very attentive and friendly.
The room was beautiful.

It is near the city center and restaurants, which is a plus. There is very little hot water and no amenities.

sufficient for 2 nights in a central location
we stayed at the hotel for two nights and rated the stay as adequate for the price. the hotel staff were not exactly workhorses, and were always on their cell phones and sitting around in the lobby instead of helping with luggage or holding doors. the rooms were okay, if not totally clean. you have enough space, but no refrigerator. Hot water only comes after a few minutes. the worst: the noise from the street, the neighboring rooms or the fountain in the courtyard.
the best: the central location and working a/c
Room was great, pretty much what you see on photos. Hotel is centrally located with free parking just across the street. I would repeat if I came back to Valladolid
We got a room not at the main property building but across the street where they have the parking lot and like 6 other units. Was a bit skeptical at first but the rooms had good AC and clean bathrooms. The decor was a bit strange with a jaguar statue with a green light, lol but overall the stay was pleasant. Hotel is 2 blocks from main plaza and restaurants. Parking lot has only 7-8 spaces, so get there early. Staff was super nice.
I woke up with a cocoroach in my bed, the little balcony they so advertise in their site was full of garbage and dirty months without cleaning at least, in the reception a client was complaining about the room not being made, thank God I only stayed one night..honestly AWFUL, I was going to book for other days but of course i ill never return to the place..how can u grade it excellent in your site...NO WAY

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I liked that this hotel was just steps away from the city center and all the restaurants, but the room was extremely small, there was very loud music outside until late, and our window faced the stairs which people could look right in to our room. There was no pool and the rooftop was very bare. Didn’t have a restaurant in the lobby, they offer you coffee in the morning but it was turned off and cold and there was nowhere to sit to enjoy the coffee.
I do not understand how this property has been rated so highly.
We really did not have a good stay. Our bathroom ceiling light was leaking the entire time. Every time you used the toilet you got dripped on and a huge wet patch. I reported this multiple times but the staff didn’t help. They said it was going to get fixed and never was.
If I can give you any advice it would be to pay that little bit extra for a different hotel.
La habitación estuvo bien. Limpia.
