  • Completely rehabbed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom high end, 3rd floor condo in a historic greystone, 5 minutes walk to Wrigley Field. And only 2 minutes walk to Clark or Halsted Streets. New open back porch for your enjoyment. Parking included.

    unit amenities: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room fireplace, washer and dryer in the unit.

    For the safety and security of our guests we installed the security cameras outside the building. They are aimed at parking, front and rear building entry doors and outside passage. None are inside the apartments or in the spots where they would interfere with guests' privacy.

This is a great spot close to Wrigley Field. The unit is nicely decorated, and the two bathrooms have recently been remodeled. We enjoyed the outdoor balcony, and the onsite parking was great. The host was easy to contact, and responded quickly.

This 3 Bdr, 2 Bath apartment is absolutely lovely! It has a charming living room, upgraded and well-stocked kitchen, and renovated bathrooms with more than ample toiletries. And it’s situated in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants within walking distance and only a few blocks from Wrigley Field! The owner is easy to reach and responds quickly to texts/calls. Note that the stairs are rather steep and there is no elevator, so persons with physical limitations might prefer arrangements on the first or second floor.

Excellent rooms and location. We came into town for a baseball and food experience and this was a very nice, clean location with easy access to Wrigley Field and CTA transit. I would highly recommend!

Great Location!

Location was excellent and we found that we did not need our rental car at all. Walking distance to the L and Wrigleyfield with tons of great restaurant and bar options nearby as well. The unit was also clean and well appointed. We’d love to stay here again in the future!
