We made a reservation to decorate the room for a friends birthday and we couldn’t devotee what so ever. Then another policy stated we couldn’t have cake. They did cancel with no charge, but it also left us scrambling last minute to find a hotel 2 hours before dinner causing delays. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the two ladies behind the desk, their demeanor was not very welcoming.

I was very disappointed your website showed a photo of a hot tub but the hot tub had been removed over a year ago. I called Orbitz about a discount since they had false advertisement, and the person was so rude and not understanding. Will not book through this site again!
