Having access to the garage on a snowy day was awesome. driveway was kept clear and salted to prevent ice. Being able to maintain my workout while away was a plus as well.

The easter eggs of amenities. Every time we looked around we saw many new amenities. We enjoyed the gym, and prompt service requests. Everything was clean. Having a suggestion box was awesome. Great stay comfortable beds.

While the property was nice we experienced a mishap with the amenities. The TVs in 2 rooms didn't work and the fire pit on the deck didn't work. Wouldn't have paid the price I did had we known.

The pros: nice neighborhood, good for a walk. Living room/kitchen/dining area was great for group to gather and talk. Decor was fun and current. Hosts were responsive.Opportunities: The whole complex is three levels, the rental is on the top level. The third bathroom is on the bottom. You need to leave the top unit, go down flights of stairs to use the third bathroom. That was not clear and fortunately we were a young enough group where that wasn’t an issue. In order to have the temperature adjusted, you must request that the host does that. In other words, you do not have control of how cool you would like it. The first night we were sleeping in 72 degrees and sweating. When we requested the code to adjust, it was adjusted remotely down two degrees to 70, which for sleeping, wasn’t enough. We are all frequent VRBO customers and have not come across this.The Nespresso machine. We are all Nespresso drinkers, so that was a draw. However, we arrived to have three pods total, although we had four guests, staying for five nights. I would have expected enough for the stay if that is a feature.It met our needs, there were just some things that surprised us that would have been helpful to understand.

Great stay!

Cane into town with several friends for a baseball weekend in Chicago. Great location with garage parking and a beautiful lawn area for hanging out. Very clean and well maintained!

Great Property - Quiet Neighborhood Away from Busy Areas

We are a family of 6 (Mom/Dad with four children ages 28, 27, 21 & 19. Our goal was to have Thanksgiving dinner in Chicago, where our daughter lives with the two youngest children in college, New York and Wisconsin. GOAL MET with flying colors due to the location, HUGE fully stocked kitchen, three bedrooms with lots of storage space, 110 outlets, desk, and lamps. Both upstairs bathrooms were more than ample for the 6 of us. The kitchen is modern, and the appliances work well. My wife did a great job bringing Thanksgiving from Los Angeles to Chicago without compromising the quality of food, serving dishes, cooking pots/pans, and supplies. We felt secure and warm (despite 23 degrees temps outside), lots of Netflix, Disney, Samsung TV, and, of course, ESPN. We used the jigsaw puzzle puzzles and monopoly Stranger Things board games supplied by the owners. Thank you, Connor and Julia, for a wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday!!

Great location with all the room we needed!!

In town for a family reunion and this location was perfect for us to travel to the venue!! Plenty of room for our family of 6 to stay. Our son appreciated the gym!! Thankful that Connor mentioned the block party so we could plan accordingly! Looked like a fun time with friendly neighbors!!

Great Place

We had a very pleasant stay and felt relaxed. Great place and so comfortable with all the amenities of home. One recommendation would be to place non slip matts on the shower floors. They were slippery when showering.

Lovely and modern home in Chicago.

We enjoyed our stay in this well-appointed home. This property is beautiful, clean and even nicer than pictured. Many nice extras including a gym, deck with gas fireplace and beautiful yard. Kitchen has everything you need. Hosts were responsive to our questions. Would stay again for sure.

Great spot in Chicago

Location was great. Within a short distance to many good restaurants. The property was very clean and aesthetically pleasing! Easy parking reduced stress a lot. Outdoor spaces are a definite plus.

It’s A BEAUTIFUL Home

Let me start by saying the house is wayyyyyy better in person.. And it already looks good online. All of the décor details are amazing. The master bedroom is king sized while the other 2 are double beds. There were 6 of us total and we were comfortable. There are A LOT of stairs as this is a second floor unit. We were about 35+ mins from everything we wanted to do and traffic was.. just that. The owners were responsive, more so at night but still attentive. Book the house. It’s worth it

Excellent stay for family wedding

This property was a perfect for our trip into Chicago for a family wedding. It had all the amenities we needed and more! The open kitchen/dining area was a wonderful place to come together for breakfast and evening bonding.

Perfect getaway

Check in and communication were easy and prompt. Property was clean and had proper amenities. We loved the outdoor area including the fire pit. Location was about a 30 minute uber to downtown and Wrigley. We were fine with sacrificing location in order to have a community space for 3 couples to spend time together. Only downside was it is advertised as a 3 bed 3 bath. we felt slightly misled as the 3rd bathroom is a shared bathroom in the basement. The dishwasher needs some repairs. Despite those two things we had a great time and would highly recommend this property!!
