Staff was rude. Upon check in the front desk agent was picking his feet and eating at the same time. The room had two beds that were stained. Fridge, kitchen and bathroom was outdated and as if they haven’t cleaned it in years.

As I was checking you in, I observe roaches coming in from the front desk towards the lobby area. I also smelled roach spray. When I did go to my room, the rolling chair that was underneath the desk was broke, Furniture was scuffed up badly, both the kitchen and the bathroom water levels did not issue our hot water. The bed needs updating. Not comfortable at all.Lastly, as I walked through the hallway, the carpet was filthy and various unpleasant smell in the hallway. We primarily booked the hotel because we were not going to be in the hotel much except for to change clothes, shower and sleep. Please do an overhaul and check out some of your local hotels and see how they are maintaining. Roaches can be deadly and also Travel in baggage or someone’s person.

Rooms are not as clean and they smelleed likes sigarates. Rooms need to be upgraded for what you are paying for. This was my first and last time I would be staying their. There was also problems with the bathroom tub, water wasn't running down.

Room was disgusting never been in a hotel so nasty and smells were awful. Would not recommend this hotel carpet was sticky had to keep washing my feet had lot of fruit flies couldn't put your food down. Talked to the front desk staff and complained he said all his rooms are like that i just checked out couldn't believe he said that.

Got into my room and roaches were crawling on the walls. I am still waiting on my refund from the room. I ended up having to leave and stay someplace else.

Disappointing Stay at a Previously Enjoyed Hotel I’ve stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience, which makes this recent stay all the more disappointing. Upon entering my room, I was immediately met with an unpleasant odor. It only got worse from there. There were short, curly hairs on the bathroom sink and inside the tub (clearly not mine, as I have a low fade), and long hairs hanging from the shower curtain. The refrigerator smelled strongly of mold, and the kitchen area was unclean, with a stove that appeared grimy and neglected. The curtains had noticeable stains that were highly inappropriate and off-putting. When I brought these issues to the attention of hotel staff, I was told they couldn’t move me to a new room and wouldn’t be sending housekeeping to address the situation. Instead, I was offered a refund. Unfortunately, due to the late hour, there were no nearby hotels with availability, so I had no choice but to stay the night in these conditions. This could have been avoided with a basic level of cleanliness and customer care. Had they simply cleaned the bathroom or made a minimal effort to resolve my concerns, I wouldn’t have felt the need to write this review. WONT SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN.
