Cute Condo in Evanston

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The location couldn’t have been more convenient—with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops just around the corner. Our hosts were prompt and helpful with every question, and having dedicated parking was a real plus. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent location

Modern property conveniently located near public transportation, shops, and restaurants. Walking distance to Lake Michigan beach. We also walked to Baha’i temple, a must see.

Great stay, again!

We enjoyed staying at this property - which we have done several times now. The unit and the building are excellent - clean, secure and comfortable. The location is perfect for us and Michelle and Brandon are fantastic hosts. A pleasure!

Nice little condo!

We picked this location because we have a Tesla and liked that we could lark in a garage and could even charge our car there. We have no complaints about the stay. It was perfect size for me and my son as we were in town to see the city and visit some colleges. We liked how close it was to Northwestern!

I only have 3 small things to mention about this rental that I think could be improved (keeping in mind if they didn't change anything, it would still be very nice)!1. The parking garage directions talk about the elevator being at the end, but it is actually 6 spots to the right of your spot. It would be easier to state that explicitly I think. 2. The garbage can slams a little when you open and close it. I think something might be wrong with the soft close mechanism. I just used my hand to open and close it softly, but it took 8 or 9 times of slamming it before I internalized that.3. The bedroom can be pretty bright. The blinds help, but they don't shut out all the light. If you are someone who needs a dark room to sleep in (maybe you have a small kid that goes to bed early or something), you might consider a different rental. If bright mornings don't bother you, this one is a non-issue then!Other than those things, I think this rental was exactly what we were expecting it to be, and I would say it is worth the money!

Great apartment in the heart of Evanston

My wife and I stayed at this property while moving our son into his freshman dorm at Northwestern. The location was excellent - just a couple of blocks from the heart of downtown Evanston and about 20 minutes to the Northwestern campus. Communication with the manager was seamless. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable place to stay

Building is clean. Apartment is as advertised. It was quiet. Location is quite central. Appreciated checkout wasn't until 11. Very easy to checkin even though we arrived very late in evening

Easy Access to Evanston

Once we figured out how to get in the parking garage (the hardest part was finding it) we realized it was an easy in and out to the units. A bit of walking to find the elevator, and best to have a smaller car for parking but a great location, and Do Appreciate having parking. The accommodations were clean, probably not really handicapped accessible because the bed is high. We’d stay again.

Great Location and apartment. But, Noise!

Overall we really had a great stay here. Very well appointed, comfortable bed and furniture. Clean. Only negative is that this 2nd floor apt is directly above the loading dock and trash/recycling dumpsters for the building. At least 4 days there were trucks and loud noise starting around 8 am. Even with all doors and windows closed it was very loud. If you are a morning person, probably not an issue. Not great for vacationers. We might come back but pick another one of their apartments.

An excellent property with great bed and appliances. A nice space.

I was trying this out for future visits with my husband. We both work while trace frequently. This place is almost perfect for that except my phone stopped working the moment I approached my room. I couldn’t use my ATT hotspot for secure connection or make voice calls from the room. Just down the hall or in the very nice lounge area one floor up all worked fine. Texting and FaceTime we’re fine because I could piggyback the internet. It was gateway having secure covered parking and the host was very quick to respond to all questions. Very high quality and a good location.

A compact, secure and centrally located apartment with convenient access to stores and restaurants. It was clean and wel equipped. The hosts were prompt and responsive to our requests and queries. The checkin and checkout process was hassle free.
