Guest Access:

The place is up on the third floor. There’s no elevator, so you’ll be getting in a little stair workout! You'll have the apartment to yourself but no unauthorized guests please.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $100. Dogs and cats only please. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated or confined, must observe quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or extra cleaning required due to hair or odors.
