Guest Access:

Third-floor unit—stairs only, no elevator available. You'll have the apartment to yourself but no unauthorized guests please.

When you want to get outside, Humboldt Park is perfect for a stroll or just hanging out. Getting Around:

There are a few public transportation options close to the apartment: Milwaukee & Central Park stop is just about a 1-minute walk, Belmont Station is around a 10-minute walk, and Logan Square Station is roughly 11 minutes away on foot.



There’s also a Divvy bike station few minutes from the apartment if you want to ride around, plus you can easily use Uber or Lyft for getting anywhere in the city.

🐾 Pet Policy Notice:

Only cats are allowed with prior approval and a per pet fee of $100. Cats must not be left unattended unless crated or confined, must observe quiet hours, and are not allowed on furniture. The pet fee does not cover any damage to furniture, bedding, or rugs, or extra cleaning required due to hair or odors.
