The over all experience was positive. There was a crack in one of the windows in the guest. The sofa was not very comfortable, but the four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in addition to a full kitchen area with dishes were definitely worth the money. The value was very good and the location was in a quiet upper scale area. The service person Anthony was responsive lot questions that were asked.
I traveled with a group of 7. 2 adults and 5 children.
The location is perfect. Just minutes from everything we wanted to visit. Parking was not great and had to pay an extra fee. We attempted to park I. The street the first night and had to walk 3 blocks. Then the parking spot was almost $400 for the week.
There were no dressers or furniture to put your clothes. There was a closet available. Also, if you’re a cold person be aware that this building only has the AC available from April-November. It was a bit in the chilly side and there was no way to turn any heat on.
The host Anthony was very responsive and transparent. Overall, I would stay there again, keeping in mind the time of year for Chicago.

Liked: Location
The unit was exactly as advertised, it was clean, roomy and well-equipped. It is furnished with decent furnishings and there is sufficient lighting and outlets in all rooms. It is in a hip, safe part of town with shopping, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The demographic skews younger and everyone seems to own a dog as the sidewalks and crowded in the mornings and evenings with dogs of all types. The building had a nice gym and community spaces and a small park next to it. The main entrance is sometimes staffed but there is an entry code that is always required. There were a few oddities in the unit. It took some hunting to find the various items like the cleaning supplies, room amenities and whatnot. They were often distributed in various bedroom closets rather all in than the main room closet like you might expect. They often provided only 1 of some items (like detergent, garbage bags) when more would have been helpful (especially with 6 people). However, the support number was quite good at resolving any such issues quickly.Because the unit is managed by a larger organization, there appear to be some internal communications issues. We had signed up for late checkout but apparently that message was lost and the cleaning crew arrived early. We also received messages asking if we would like late checkout long after we were granted it. So if you ask for anything special make sure to keep double checking that everyone knows.
Excellent, clean, modern, fully furnished apartment in downtown Chicago that is a short car ride or walk to anything you need or want to visit. The neighborhood and building are very safe and the covered parking is well worth the extra expense. We loved the extra space to spread out and the skyline views were beautiful at night. The staff responded right away to any questions we had and even helped to accommodate us an extra night when an event kept us in town longer. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful with excellent showers. The full kitchen was great for warming up leftovers and the washer/dryer came in handy when needing to wash something spilled on. This place beats a hotel hands down!!! Our family will be back!!!
The host was in touch with us whenever we needed. Extremely professional. Cute clean apartment in a clean new building in Lincoln Park are. Would use them again. Thanks !
Great location. The washer/dryer combo isn’t the best because it does not dry your clothes. Communication was great. Donuts were a nice surprise. It was nice and big for a family of 6. The high chair was great.
