Centara Riverside Hotel Chiang Mai
Can tell the hotel was once a grand place but had since deteriorated. It’s far from the city center and we use Grab mostly. The staff were helpful and we used their travel assistance to go sightseeing.

Shangri-La Chiang Mai
The room was very nice and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was amazing BUT the people….the people are above and beyond. Especially Pat at the concierge desk. Words cannot describe, just go!

Great hotel in great location. They offer free parking so you don't need to buy that package in Expedia, I did LOL. parking is across the street, through alley in front of a small Buddha temple. Kampaeng Ngam Hotel
Room was ok. Although was greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom upon arrival but it’s quite normal. Aircon needed to be cleaned, full of dust and very slow. Bed was okay, pillows too.
