Centara Riverside Hotel Chiang Mai
Can tell the hotel was once a grand place but had since deteriorated. It’s far from the city center and we use Grab mostly. The staff were helpful and we used their travel assistance to go sightseeing.

Kampaeng Ngam Hotel
Room was ok. Although was greeted by a cockroach in the bathroom upon arrival but it’s quite normal. Aircon needed to be cleaned, full of dust and very slow. Bed was okay, pillows too. Staff - well, the reception wasn’t very helpful and always seemed more interested in the computer than the guests. ...
