「Expedia website says this place is dog friendly. I arrived at 11pm and found out from front desk that the parent hotel is pet friendly however the Holiday inn was not. Luckily the staff was able to make this work, however there was a second there after 10 hours of driving that it seemed like my non-refundable hotel room suddenly became useless because Expedia and the hotel information differ.」

「I do not like old carpet in hotels. I feel it is unsanitary. Other than that, the room was clean. The 3 dispensers in the tub area were empty (room 251) and lotion is not given as an amenity. This was disappointing. The pool was great--I especially like that you had a kiddie area and a shower by the pool. also the exercise room was a bonus. The price was agreeable, and we will definitely stay there again.」

「So not sure what happened but came down to us getting to the hotel at 1 am and very tired after a 14 hour drive only to get there to hear the Expedia had overbooked and the guy at the front desk did not know how to cancel the reservation before we got there. Actually the front desk clerk said they had no clean rooms. Sis not do anything to assist us in fi di a new hotel or suggestions. Very I professional.」
