GOT TO OUR ROOM, DOOR WAS NOT CLOSED/LOCKED, ALL OF THE DOORS WERE OPEN (CLOSET, BATHROOM, AND FRIDGE), EVERY DRAWER WAS PULLED OUT, AND CHAIRS WERE STACKED IN FRONT OF THE WINDOW. BATHROOM HAD HAIR ALL OVER THE TOILET, THE "BREAKFAST" WAS NOT SOMETHING I WOULD FEED MY DOG! EGGS WERE RUNNY AND WHITISH, GRAVEY WAS CRUSTED, BISCUITS WERE BURNT. WE ATE TOAST AT CHECK IN THE LADY BEHIND THE DESK WAS NOT KNOWLEGEABLE ABOUT PRICING, BUT WHEN ASKED IF OUR ROOM WAS HAUNTED SHE TOLD US ABOUT THE LITTLE BOY THAT RUNS AROUND DOWN STAIRS AND THE WOMAN IN THE NEWER SECTION.

The front desk crew was awesome. Every person I came in contact with that worked there was great. Had to extend my stay by 4 days due to my mother having cancer and they worked with me and my sister on the rates. Breakfast was great every day. Hot tub was a perfect ending to every night. Definitely will stay again if ever in the area again. If i could give more than 5 stars I would.

Room was far from clean. Sink/shower had plenty of pressure and hot water, but the drains do not drain quick enough, so you end up standing in nasty water, same for sink, by the time you are done washing hands/face, you are dipping your hands in nasty standing water. Very gross on both fronts. Parking felt safe/comfortable. Room was unable to keep a consistent temp. Walked in upon arrival and it was so hot it was unbearable.

I have stayed at this place several times, & each time I have had to get my room key re-programmed several times during the stay. the staff was great, especially the manager that checked me in. the hotel itself is atrocious, honestly embarrassing to be open to the public and represent cheyenne in any way. the hallways were musty and reek. the rooms were mediocre and not very clean. the tv didn’t work what so ever. i wouldn’t pay $20 to stay there again.
