Please keep it fresh inside the home smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors. You’re welcome to step outside if needed.
3. Quiet Hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
Kick back and enjoy your stay, but please respect our quiet hours so everyone in the building can rest easy.
4. Registered Guests Only
Only guests included in the reservation are allowed on the property unless approved in advance.
5. Treat the Home With Respect
This condo is lovingly decorated with western charm. Please take care of the furniture, décor, and provided amenities.
6. No Parties or Events
Relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay but large gatherings or parties aren’t permitted.
7. Parking
Free, off-street parking in Spot #21. Additional free street parking is available.
