I would say this is a convenient hotel for one night stay, rooms on front noisy even with triple glazing,. Staff pleasant, but breakfast poor quality food had been sitting around and wasn't very appertaining.

Great place to stay

Great location for seeing the dales, easy access to many routes, situated close to the centre so within easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants etc. Staff were really friendly and welcoming, always had a smile.

Decent enough hotel if you just need somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay for a couple of nights. The hotel itself is dated and sandwich between two very busy roads that are constantly noisy.

Always stay here when in Chesterfield. Its close to the town and train station. The rooms are large and clean. The staff are wonderful and very welcoming.

Good central location

The hotel is in a great location in terms of access to the town centre, shops and restaurants. A good place to stay if you're driving but hazardous to get to if you're on foot as you have to cross busy main roads which are not designed for pedestrians. Otherwise a comfortable stay with very friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was convenient to the station and centrally located so we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. We were able to check in early and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The price was great too.
