Staff was nice, beds comfortable and rooms were clean! Great view of the Lake! Need some benches out there to sit and enjoy the view.No breakfast available Only coffee and juice was available.

The latina female w/glasses was very rude. She didn't smile, leg up on the chair and acted as though she did not want to be there. She was also constantly looking at her phone. We will not return as I find this not to be acceptable when we picked this hotel b/c it has a very good review. The walls are also leaking in the hallways. They originally put us in a room on the other side of the hotel where the elevator doesn't work. We had to also go downstairs to swap rooms in which the next female employee was much more better.
