Guest Access:
When you arrive at the building, you’ll enter through the main front door using a secure code that will be provided to you before check-in. Once inside, you can either take the stairs or use the elevator to reach the apartment floor. The apartment key is stored in a lockbox located on the wall beside the apartment door. You'll receive the lockbox code ahead of your stay for easy self-check-in.

Getting around couldn't be easier — we’re also conveniently close to both the train station and the bus interchange, making arrivals, departures, and day trips simple and stress-free. Whether you're heading out to discover Chester’s Roman heritage, riverside walks, or vibrant dining scene, everything you need is right on your doorstep.

Interaction with Guests:
Our apartments offer convenient self-service check-in, allowing you to arrive and settle in at your own pace from 3 PM onwards. Great place to stay. Everything was well thought out and was like a home away from home. Good location a 5 minute walk from the main restaurants and pubs. Will definitely stay again. Immaculate inside.
