"Great property on the water. The decking on the water with the covered seating area was perfect for us and our kids to fish. We loved sitting around the fire pit. Kayaks were a lot of fun! The rooms were spacious, the kitchen very well appointed, and the bathrooms very clean. It went from high 70s to high 30s on our third day. The games and cards and books meant that the kids were never bored. Due to strong storms, the power was out for about 9 hours. Owners offered to refund us the last two days of our trip. We ultimately decided to stay, but greatly appreciated the offer. Superb communication and wonderful property!"

"I rented Aubrey's Lakewood Cabin so that I could host my niece's Sweet 16 Birthday Party. I needed somewhere with enough space to entertain a lot of teenagers. The teens had an absolute blast! Some even got into the cold lake water, which I anticipated would happen! My family enjoyed the beauty of the well maintained property. We set up a game of cornhole and horseshoes on the beach area and waved at boaters that came by. The cabin was perfect and the screened-in porch came in handy with its two sleeping futons. In the evening, we enjoyed the fire pit area and the hot tub.I would recommend this property to everyone looking for a nice, quite, relaxing, getaway! Windy "

"WOW! The photos of this property do not do it justice - though no photos really can! It is beautiful, welcoming, sprawling ans we had the most wonderful time during our weekend at the lake. We rented the property to host a Pilates Wellness retreat for 15 guests and there was more than enough room for everybody to have their own space or for all of us to gather together. Kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of parking for the entire group. Robin was so lovely to chat with and had great recommendations. 10/10 would stay here again! Thank you!"

"It pictures a lakeside view, there was only mud and no water. They should have to disclose this. We rented the house to sit by the water to relax and fish and we were unable to do that. They also said they had a corn hole game. They did but only had four bags. The other two looked like they were eaten by rats in their filthy shed. I emailed the host about the outside tv not working. She said she would talk to her husband and I never heard back from her. The hammock was faced down in the mud. We have stayed at many VRBO’s and this was by far the worst "

"The view was great! And so peaceful. The house did so much remind me of my grandma's house, but had all the amenities we needed, very well furnished! The king size bed was very comfortable. Our host was most special, a very nice accommodating host. Was very nice of him to come around and introduce himself and check on us. "
