PROS: Customer service is fast and fantastic! And they are very friendly and informative. Property is conveniently across from a convenient store, Starbucks, located near good eats, and U of O (approx 47min walk, and 7min drive). Beds/pillows are comfortable, and bathroom was very clean. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave, since not all places have both now a days. CONS: The room had a foul odor, maybe carpets need a good shampoo but at times it was pretty strong. And lots of spiders in the room. I saw at least 7 spiders during our stay. All in all, outside property is well taken care of, we needed the location convenience and I feel we definitely got that! And really enjoyed being near great food selection. If the two cons I mentioned were taken care of I’d stay again.
