「Unit not very clean.. windows very dirty and deck and table covered with bugs, bird poop and spider webs. Dog poop at base of stairs.. very utilitarian unit. Bed comfortable but everything else very dated. Communication with host was good and prompt. I did not communicate disappointment at time of check in but we did leave early. Refund for early check out not granted.」

「Very comfortable - beds were soft, sheets were great and water pressure was nice. There was a problem with city drains so the parking lot was flooded a couple nights, which caused a lot of dirt to be tracked into the unit, but this wasn't a problem with the rental. Location was close to everything we needed.」

「We can to Norlk to see our son who just came back from the Mid-East. We had such a wonderful time. The apartment was clean and wonderful. The owner was great. Kept us informed and it was so easy to get a hold of him. We definitely will stay here again. 」

「The house was clean. The host was very responsive. It was too cold for us to enjoy the beach but we did walk over the dunes to look at it. The house is date with some spruce up done. But I like the character of older home. The bed in the master bedroom was fabulous, very comfortable. 」
