"La chambre que nous avions réservé il y à plusieurs mois et confirmé n’était pas disponible. Notre chambre était pour deux et nous étions 4. Aucune solution ne nous a été proposé pour régler la situation. Nous avons dû dormir sur les divans. On a demandé à parlé au manager , il ne s’est jamais présenté et n’a pas répondu à nos messages. Très mauvais service client "
