I was in Seoul 3 weeks prior in Hongdae, and while I enjoyed my stay there, the Aloft Seoul Gangnam hotel was like a breath of fresh air so to speak and made my last 2 weeks enjoyable and comfortable. The front desk staff was really nice and helpful, and since I unfortunately dont know much Korean, their proficiency in English was extremely helpful and appreciated (I understand how difficult it is to learn a new language other than your native one, so regardless of proficiency, I am grateful)...

Conveniently located near a 24hr store, train station, and the Coex Mall/Library. I wish the gym was 24hrs, but other than that great amenities overall.

The location was excellent. Close to everything. The family room on the 8th floor was spacious and quiet. My favorite part of the room was automatic water dispenser! Korean winter is pretty dry and having water dispenser and kettle was great way to hydrate. The CREW were accommodating. We were able to check in early and get needed rest. We received a welcome snack and that was very sweet! Special shout out to Benny at the bar, who took care of us when I needed non-sugary, non-alcoholic drink....

I recently completed a 2 week stay at the Signiel Hotel. This hotel is a real show stopper and is without a doubt one of the Top Hotels in the World. They helped arrange a car and driver service from/to the airport. From the moment I arrived, i have never had this level of service, attention to detail and anticipation to whatever i needed throughout my stay. Their Concierge Team is top notch assisting with reservations, transportation, anything you need. Their room service was reasonably priced...

It was just as lovely as everyone has reported. The front desk, room service, bellmen, etc, were all so very friendly and kind. Every staff person we met went out of their way to help us and offer a first class welcome. They were exceedingly polite, especially with our language barrier. Many of them spoke English fluently. It was just wonderful to be treated so well.

Great place to stay.

Very good hotel. It was close to many sights, access to transportation and shopping. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen. Staff very polite and helpful.

Hotel was easy to get to by airport bus. Only about 8min walk from both pickup/drop off airport bus location. Close to two different train stations and close to two major neighborhoods. Easy and about 30 minute walk to Gyeongbokgung, King Sejong Statue, and Deoksugung palace. Staff were nice and helpful, especially with transportation questions.

Great hotel with excellent staff. The location is pretty good. I would definitely stay here again. My experience would have been perfect if it still provided shuttle services to Incheon Airport or Seoul Station, although I couldn't really blame the hotel for it. Overall, we enjoyed staying here primarily because of the well equipped and clean room. I would like to especially thank the professional and courteous staff members.

Very centrally located in Myeongdong, steps away from the major shopping area district. The hotel is only a few months old, but very clean and convenient. They have an industrial washer and dryer on every floor , which was great to use nightly. Next to that there’s a coffee machine with fresh grinds, we took advantage of that every morning. I liked how we were able to do an early check-in at the hotel. It was also very walkable to the convenience stores and malls as well.

The hotel is within a block of 2 subway stations and next door to a large mall with restaurants and a theater. It is a 15 minute walk to the Han River and Ttukseom Park. The staff was so helpful with any requests. There is a convenience store downstairs for any last minute needs. The suite was huge with endless storage. We are so pleased with our stay. The staff is all superb, very accommodating, on top of great customer service. English is spoken here by the concierge desk, front desk, and restaurant staff.
