I felt that the rooms are of a 3 star. My stay was ok. Will I Stay at at this hotel again. Probably not. I was not impressed with reception staff Insisting i give them a high rating.

Things that I liked and enjoyed during my stay:
1. Nice compact room with Hot water and Air Conditioner.
2. Room floor was nice with Laminate while bathroom floor also was nice.
3. Internet connectivity was excellent. No drop in the internet connectivity.
4. Security and monitoring of the shared areas was excellent.
5. Breakfast was included in my rent and was excellent.
Opportunities to improve:
I am from USA living over for 25 years and visited so many countries and hotels in multiple continents but my roots are from India. Here are some of my suggestions:
1. Housekeeping - At the reception they asked me to tell them whenever I need room cleaning. I expected this to come from them without asking once a day and more if needed in unusual circumstances.
2. The coffee mugs/cups were not cleaned by the staff every day. Coffee, Creamer, Sugar and Tea powder were not refilled every day.
3. I noticed the towel was torn out at multiple places one day. That was not good.
4. The body language and the behavior of some their staff (outside those serving the reception) looked like they were expecting money as tip when I talk with them. I felt awkward while observing their body language.
