1. A/C could have been better 2. The Verandah staff seemed racially biased towards foreigners than Indian guests, which didn’t look good. I was ignored, no napkins at the tables, no one checked in if I wanted to get any omelette or dosa, both at dinner and breakfast buffet. 3. Raintree staff and poolside staff were great. I stayed at Leela palace just before here and I can see why it’s better to stay there than here.

Great Stay!

First time staying in Taj properties were not a disappointment. Service was impeccable, the restaurant verandha was amazing for breakfast. We did spend some time at the bar in the ground floor, the lady who was singing that evening just killed it!!! Good bar food and decent cocktails.

We had a wonderful stay at Taj. Travelling down from Sydney, we had a convenient pick up from the airport. The staff were very friendly and the service was amazing.
