There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. "This was the first hotel where I received a WhatsApp message from the front desk before check-in, a thoughtful touch that made arrival smooth. The check-in experience was very welcoming and we were served hot lemon tea when we arrived at night. The room was cozy and comfortable. Although there was no kettle initially, the staff responded quickly to our request. Overall, a lovely stay with warm hospitality."

"Nice hotel, extremely well located downtown Neuchâtel, with easy parking and minutes away from the funicular and train station. I have never seen hotel staff this dedicated to their guest's comfort.
