Grandview #208 -This condo is a beautifully appointed, second floor waterfront condo (no view). Enjoy a queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer.  This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the  season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

Hotel right on the water, right near all the stores and resturaunts, decent price. All one could ask for a quick vacation.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was very smelly and big stain on carpet which could have been easily cleaned

Room was fine, but having to pay $35 to have your room cleaned and beds remake was quite irritating.

Room could be updated a little bit new carpet. Bigger mini fridge would be nice. The extra blanket they had in the room stunk so bad. It was nasty. Found long curly hair on the body pillow. But over it was a good vacation with my grandson.

Don’t expect to sleep

For the amount of money this property./owner gets for this place, the very least they could do is substitute the concrete they have with a mattress fit for a human.. If there was not a hot tub there I would be filing a claim with a chiropractor. This is NO exaggeration. Bring your own pillow top, or you will literally not sleep.

Best rates for this location!

This non-view room was a cozy space with all the essentials. One downside was this room is next to the parking lot and there is a lot of noise, but otherwise this place is great! Located near Chelan downtown and is a few minutes away to stores by walk.
