Could be a bit overwhelming to access the hotel at the beginning as there are a few entrances, but on the flip side, more convenient if you know the way. "All was good except the Lounge Staff. I felt like I was not welcome there. Ordered 2 beers and a cheese platter. Waited 20 minutes after the beer and no cheese platter. When I asked about it, the guy was non-caring and relied with a "will bring it now". I told him to forget it and left. He Tried getting a tip as well. :). After that, I ordered room service and the service was Excellent!"

"Overall my stay was pretty good except the room was a bit small for two, and there was no outlet for the hairdryer in the bathroom. There were plenty of choices for the breakfast. I don’t think there is any airport shuttle; however, airport bus A21 stop is just steps away from the hotel."

"Convenient location right across from the museum and the famous stars bridge. Area surrounded by shops, restaurants and indoor food malls. Walking distance to the subway as well. My room has a beautiful view of the water and the opposite town, at night can see the laser light show from the buildings across the water."
