"We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience "

"The property is lovely, plenty of room for me, my mother and my dog. Pauline goes above with lovely extras incluidng eggs, milk ankd cake. Home made biscuits, plenty of towels and bowls for the dog. Quiet location with 2 large fields for dogs to run free and secure. Just a short drive to leek. I will definitely stay again."

"A lovely private get away if you need to unwind and relax this is the place , cosy and warm , bed comfy and outdoor space amazing with hotub and garden area . "Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise."

"We had a lovely stay and thought the hotel and staff were excellent. Unfortunately we were woken at about midnight by loud, screaming women outside, which went on for quite a long time! Our room was on the 4th floor overlooking the car park. I have nothing against people having a good time, but think maybe a security guard could possibly prevent this from happening. We would stay at this hotel again but would request a room away from the car park/bar area."

"Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, bar and restaurant downstairs, short taxi ride from the train station. World of Wedgewood and the Wedgewood Museum were well worth another taxi ride, and Hanley Park (large and beautiful) was a short walk away. Shower was lukewarm, not sure if that’s because we stayed in a handicapped room. Otherwise perfect!"
