Staff was courteous. First room, the fridge had not been emptied and there was 2 containers of Thai food on there and the whole room stunk horribly. Lady was very nice and apologized, moved us to a similar room nearby. It was great. No hair dryer in room, and fiance freaked out but lady at desk gave me one. Disaster averted. I would stay again based on price and location near Rock City.

Recently renovated, spacious, bath tub and room in general was super clean. Parking lot was clean as well. Quiet and secure area. Staff was super nice and courteous
