Private mini estate on 2.5 acres just 15 minutes from downtown. Enjoy sitting on one of two decks overlooking the park like setting and our private pond(no swimming). Other outdoor amenities include fishing(stocked pond, bring your own poles), a custom fire pit(wood provided), and corn hole. Inside we’ve provided plenty to keep you busy: game room with ping pong and darts, board games and cards. We have cable TV and Wi-Fi.
There are 4 bedrooms, 7 beds(2 king, 3 queen plus twin over full bunk bed) and 2.5 baths.
The main floor open concept living area features a gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a custom gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked with appliances, utensils, and spices. The upper deck has a gas grill and outdoor dining table. Two bedrooms(one king, one queen) and a full bath are on this level.
Downstairs there is a large bedroom with two queen beds and a twin over full bunkbed. The second living room/den, game room, laundry room and full bath are also on this level. This level has a covered deck to relax and enjoy the view.
The top floor has a king bedroom with a half bath and a seating area that overlooks the main living area.
Guests have access to the entire property, excluding the storage shed. There is plenty of parking around the house. Pet fee of $100. Pet fee is for 1 dog(max 80lbs, no puppies or aggressive breeds).
Downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mtn are just 15 minutes away, offering such attractions as the Chattanooga Aquarium, Creative Discovery Museum, Chattanooga Lookouts, Historic Bluff View Art District, Ruby Falls, Rock City, and the Incline Railway. an array of restaurants, and many other attractions.

Thank You for an amazing Christmas Week with our family!! The home is beautiful and the location is perfect!! The kitchen is well stocked and we had a lot of fun cooking our meals together. There were plenty of beds for our large family and they were all very comfortable!! We can't wait to return!!

Great place to stay, I loved listening to the birds on the balcony in the morning. Perfect for a larger group. This was my first VRBO, and check-in was a breeze. Check-out was also simple, with very reasonable expectations.

The view was wonderful. The pond was stocked, kids and adults loved fishing. We caught plenty of fish. It was well stocked and even though we brought extra paper towels, etc none were needed. Enjoyed the fire pit and made s’mores. The house very nice and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We rented this home for our annual family vacation. Myself and my husband, our two adult children with their spouses and children. So 3 families. We chose this home for the 3 levels and stocked fishing pond. Home was well stocked. Decks were lovely to relax on. BUT AC didn’t cool the upstairs well. Basement was unusable due to dampness and awful sewer/mildew odor. Very disappointing because This was where 4 beds, family room, and game room with ping pong table were located. Pond was not as depicted in photos. It was stocked but fountain wasn’t working, it was very low, and full of debris, making it very difficult to fish. Was not taken care of. We had an issue with the stove. Overall very disappointing.

Everything was just wonderful, There was a lot of rain before we arrived, so the pond wasn't very clear and there were quite a few downed limbs, but that's mother nature! I left a big bag ofc spices somewhere in the kitchen... so the next guests will have hit the jackpot if they like to cook!

Family fun

We had the best time! My kids loved the ping pong table, fishing in the pond, making s’mores by the fire, and so much more! The house had everything we need for the best vacation! Clean and comfortable! Cheryl was very responsive with any questions. :) Thank you!

Beautiful property

Great property - clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could need. Plenty of towels, toiletries, essential items, and some generous extras. The home was well-prepared for our large family. The outdoor spaces are awesome - beautiful and peaceful.

Wonderful private yard, perfect for family and pets. Close to town but not crowded. Serene. Owners provided so many thoughtful elements, such as ample outlets for chargers, under counter lighting that makes great night lights, plenty of towels, blankets, multiple covered and open balconies, ample kitchen utensils, soap and cleaning supplies....so many "perks"

Perfect location and plenty of room

My family and I stayed at the house for my parents 60th anniversary. The location was great for daytime outings (seemed like 15 min from everything) and the room in the house worked for all of us to watch tv, do puzzles and play games. Plenty of parking as well. The back driveway was a little steep, but we made it fine. The main road to the house was narrow, but not a bad drive at all. We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house and the location very much.
