- The property on Lookout Mountain's slope allows ground-level access to both doors.
- Street parking is usually available in front (always free, less congested after 5pm), with
additional access to a well-lit private parking lot behind the townhome equipped with motion detection sensors at night.
* Rental agreement is only required to be reviewed and signed for stays longer than 29 nights.
* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification. This is done to ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and my property with extra protection. You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay, this includes extra cleaning fees caused by beyond normal messes left on beds, furniture or any other surface.
