"All staff at the hotel were pleasant, helpful, and professional. Especially the front check in staff! We will be staying again next year for Halloween Horror Nights. Thank you so much! Also wanted to know that when the elevator went down due to someone activating the emergency alarm the staff were very patient with questions about what's going on and answered all our questions and promptly remedied the situation."

"We had an incredible stay, and if we ever return to LA, this will definitely be our go-to hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome with their exceptional warmth and hospitality. A special shoutout to Beatrice, whom we met during dinner, her generosity and kindness were truly unforgettable! The room and property were spotless and spacious, and the complimentary car service within a 2-mile radius is a fantastic perk.
