"A very pleasant stay. Staff were great ambassadors, and extremely accommodating. Airport proximity and regularly scheduled shuttle were another plus, even for us non-business travelers. Great neighborhood for strolling and dining. San Fernando Blvd and its offshoots something of a Restaurant Row, you can eat out three meals a day for a week--without a car--before needing to repeat a restaurant. We weren't in town long enough to try the hotel's cafe."

"We have stayed at Luskin many times for clinical trial and cancer treatment at UCLA. Staff is always exceptional in their support, customer service and accommodation requests. Always feel like every member of the team truly wants you to have the best experience possible. Rooms and entire property are so very spacious and incredibly clean. Being able to open a window in the room is a wonderful feature. Staff has always accommodated with a mini fridge request, as I travel with medication requiring cooling (otherwise, doesn’t appear that fridge comes standard in the room). Very comfortable beds. Great restaurant on property. Convenient in-out self-parking accessible by the elevator (separate fee but that is Los Angeles:) Great, walkable location in Westwood village and on the grounds of the UCLA campus. "I was very disappointed. The facility looks like you walked back into the 70s. Bathroom was too small, grout in shower was dirty, and the shampoo, conditioner & body was was 3 different scents. The noise from the freeway was annoying and made it difficult to sleep. Pillows were uncomfortable. FYI, there are several homeless encampments right down the road close to the hotel. They do provide bottles of wine and a few coffee pods in your room. Staff was fairly friendly. Overall, I would give it a 2 out of 5."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. We had two rooms and mine was definitely better than my husbands. I recommend getting a room facing the courtyard. Breakfast does not open in time and is slow so plan accordingly. It is good food and coffee though. Pool was nice. Location was good for using public transportation. There are a decent amount of homeless folk in the area but we felt safe."
