Bel emplacement et hôtel avec un bon restaurant. Bémol, pas de machine à café ou bouilloire dans la chambre, ni même réfrigérateur et wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Le personnel est top, petit déjeuner correct et parking à proximité. La propreté de la chambre reste moyenne (propre en surface)

Deux fois qu’on a eu la chance d’y aller, nous adorons toujours autant, la propreté et nickel. Le petit déjeuner du matin, rien à dire et le spa de toute détente.

Lovely hotel, but...

Lovely hotel with great amenities (pool, spa...). Very good breakfast too. The only thing that let the hotel down was the restaurant - pricey and surprisingly mediocre food at dinner

Das Hotel bot das was wir gebucht hatten, das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage und das Bad und Frühstück rundeten den tollen Aufenthalt ab. Was die ganze Sache erleichtern würde wenn das was das Hotel vor Ort bietet es auch in Deutsch zu lesen gebe - ggf. über einen QR Code zu scannen.

Super sejour belle chambre vue mer. Piscine et spa très agréable. Menu plat du jour très bien. Accepte les animaux. Le personnel est disponible et à l'écoute. C était une période calme. A proximité promenade sur la plage. 2 nuits auraient été mieux pour pouvoir plus profiter des installations.

Très bon rapport qualité prix!

L’infrastructure de la thalasso était impeccable. La chambre était très propre et offrait un bon rapport qualité-prix. Cependant, l’aération dans la chambre n’était pas optimale, ce qui rendait le séchage des maillots, peignoirs et serviettes un peu difficile. Dans l’ensemble, c’était une très bonne expérience et nous recommandons fortement cet endroit.

Dommage que nous n’ayons pas eu la chambre prévue initialement sans nous prévenir de plus on a eu une chambre a mobilité réduite sans nous prévenir ce qui n’est pas confortable pour se laver on met de l’eau partout car pas de protection

This was our first stay and we really enjoyed it. We had a double and pullout / sofa bed. The air conditioning was very effective and the room very quiet. The swimming pool facilities are fantastic and a real highlight of a stay. We'd have appreciated longer hours for our kid to be able to use the indoor pool (perhaps lunchtime when the pool is a lot emptier). I'd suggest relaxing the hours in off-season also. Breakfast was satisfactory. We also enjoyed using the ping pong table. It's located about a 30 mins walk from centre of Chatelaillon / train station and we walked it. There is a bus stop outside the hotel that takes you all the way to La Rochelle. All in all, we intend to return next year.

Beau séjour

Très bon séjour. Thalasso au top et service petit déjeuner super sympa avec nous car horaire dépassé mais servi quand même, bravo et merci encore. Le repas du soir fut plus longuet mais pas mal de monde à servir. A refaire tout de même.
