For rent. Chatel. Linga. At the bottom of the Abondance valley. In a residence with lift (built in 1995), furnished apartment for 4 to 6 people, 4 rooms of 52m2, 500 m away. from the Linga gondola and 50 m. free shuttles to Pré-la-Joux or the village (approx. every 15 min. in winter).
Entrance with clearance and hooks for hanging jackets. 1 bedroom with a double bed, with built-in shelving cabinet and wardrobe. 1 bedroom with a bunk bed with built-in shelving cabinet and wardrobe. 1 sleeping area with bunk bed (bedroom with door but without window). Bathroom with WC, bath, sink, washing machine. Separate WC. Separate shower. Large living room and equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, 4-burner ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, mixer, Raclette and Fondue appliances). Wifi, tv and dvd player. Pillows, duvets and blankets. Plenty of storage space. Outside parking space. 1 cellar. Shared ski room in the basement.
Possibility to rent ski / mountain bike at 200 m. Piou-Piou ski school at 350 m. Hairdresser at 200 m. Restaurants 200m away.
Small animals are tolerated.
This price includes electricity and water. You must add the tourist tax as well as the final cleaning.
In winter and summer, the shuttle service works very well. No need for a vehicle. On the other hand, between seasons, a car is necessary.
If you come in summer for mountain biking, we can provide you with a closed garage for storing bikes (5 euros / day).
In summer we are members of the MultiPass, which gives you free access to over 50 activities. In Châtel, for example, you can as a pedestrian use the chairlifts and gondola lift, the tennis courts, the outdoor ice rink, the mini golf course, the tourist train and the swimming pool free of charge. You can also travel to other Portes du Soleil resorts and use the MultiPass. You are also entitled to discounts on admission to cinemas, tree climbing, museums, ....
No need to take a shuttle to go skiing, nor the car !!

Sylvia our host was I have to say one of the most interactive hosts ever, Sylvia maintained contact through out our stay in her fabulous apartment which was situated perfectly near the ski resort and village, the spacious home was well equipped and spotless!.... it was great having parking too!..... and a bath tub along with two showers..... a very big 5 stars for Sylvia and her accommodations thankyou xx

The apartment is within walking distance of the Linga lift and has good working equipment. Two fine sofas and neat beds. A lot of attention to atmosphere and a very personal contact with the owner. In short, highly recommended!
Great apartment, excellent location, well-equipped. Liked the fact that the property has a bathroom and toilet and a separate shower and separate toilet, very handy for five adults. Close to buses, just what as skiers we wanted. Highly recommended.
The apartment is very well located for skiing and walking however, on the Verbo website, it lists two double rooms but actually there is only one. The other two are bunk rooms which was awkward with two couples. The Wi-Fi is quite weak and the non-stick pans need replacing. But the chalet is warm, comfortable and welcoming and the owner very responsive. Easy to access with good parking (except our bay was full of snow) so we parked in a visitor space of which there are several.
Unreasonable excessive penalty for non-returned multipass cards
A nice flat but at the end of the stay I failed to return two local multipass cards to the owner. Realising my mistake I offered to courier these back to the owner, who refused and charged 80EURO for the cards. This is despite the replacement value for these cards being 1 EURO each (see valleedaulps website) . Not very happy and while the flat has lots of advantages I can't recommend staying here.
Appartement très bien situé, proche des remontées mécaniques du Linga, bien équipé, dans un environnement plutôt calme.Instruction très claires pour l'arrivée et hôte très réactif.Au final, très bon séjour, même si (petit bémol), certaines installations (ex : porte de douche) sont un peu "dans leur jus".
Mme Rochat hat uns alle Informationen zukommen lassen, die wir für einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung benötigten. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und für 4 erwachsene Personen perfekt! Die Lage zum Einstieg ins Skigebiet (400m zu Fuß, es ist kein Skibus nötig), ein dazugehöriger, abschließbarer Keller (gut geeignet zum Abstellen der Skier), die Ausstattung allgemein - mit Spül- und Waschmaschine, die Aussicht auf die Berge… für uns war alles perfekt und wir haben nichts vermisst. Vielen Dank an Mme Rochat für den netten WhatsApp-Kontakt, wir kommen gerne wieder!
L' appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé, bien situé et la vue du salon est superbe. Nous avons pu faire de multiples randonnées sans avoir à utiliser la voiture. La communication avec Sylvie s'est faite aisément. Nous retournerons volontiers dans cet appartement !
Le logement est situé dans une résidence proche de la télécabine du Linga. Possibilité d’aller à pieds pour rejoindre les pistes de ski, il y a également de nombreuses navettes gratuites à proximité. Le logement, quant à lui, est très spacieux, beaux espaces de rangement. B Boulangerie
Un grand appart lumineux, bien équipé et bien agencé. On se rend compte que les propriétaires l'utilisent eux-même. Il y a du rangement dans chaque chambre, 2 WCs dont un séparé etc... pas habituel dans les locations au ski !La situation est bien, un peu bruyant à cause des bus sur les routes, mais à Châtel c'est partout comme ça.Idéal pour aller à pied aux cabines (bientôt télésiège) du Linga par un chemin sympa. Les arrêts de navettes sont à 50 m.Communication agréable et réactive avec la propriétaire.Le parking est déneigé par les services de la ville, plutôt utile quand il tombe 50 cm de neige dans la nuit :P

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Bereits die Kommunikation im Vorfeld war toll und unkompliziert. Dem Appartement fehlte es an nichts, es ist toll ausgestattet und hat einen sehr gemütlichen Wohn- und Küchenbereich. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Ski-Bus) ist genial, bis zum Skilift (Linga) sind es 400 Meter Fußweg. Wir würden die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!
Appart très fonctionnel pour une famille de 6, tout près des remontées du linga avec accès au domaine principal des portes du soleil et à 5min du centre en navette.Propriétaire très à l’écoute.Et pour ponctuer le tout, neige et soleil au RDV :-D.
Wir haben die Wohnung für unseren Sommerurlaub eine Woche lang gemietet. Die Wohnung bietet vier Personen aureichend Platz und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie ist direkt an den Buslinien 1 (mit Bike-Transport), 2 und 3 ins Zentrum und bis zur Sesselbahn in PIERRE-LONGUE gelegen. Wir hatten unsere Bikes dabei und da hat sich die Garage als sehr nützlich erwiesen. Ein ganz besonderes Plus ist der Multi-Pass, mit dem sehr viele Ausflüge vergünstigt oder sogar gratis sind.
We hebben gedurende 3 weken een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit appartement.
De communicatie met de eigenaar was zeer goed.
Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien, en de locatie was boven verwachting.
Vele bewegwijzerde wandelmogelijkheden en mooie gorges.
De gratis aanwezige Multipass was een welkome meevaller.

personne n'est maître ni du temps, ni de l'enneigement...donc on s'adapte aux conditions et nous en avons profité pour nous ressourcer au calme et en famille.
vacances très agréables à Chatel-Villapeyron. Hébergement de qualité avec très bel accueil, à proximité des pistes avec une marche d'à peine 5' permettant l'échauffement musculaire idéal avant le ski.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, approximité des remontées mécaniques. Très bons équipements, beaucoup de confort. La propriétaire de ce logement est une personne très agréable, arrangeante et à l'écoute. Merci pour ce bon moment.
Ces 6 jours de ski à Chatel avec mes 2 enfants (19 et 22 ans) font l'unaminité: tout le monde est ravi de l'appartement avec son coin salon convivial, les pistes accessibles tout près, le village de Chatel charmant et bien-sûr l'accueil chaleureux et l'excellente communication des hôtes. Nous espérons y revenir.
