"Our experience with this stay was our favorite. The proprietor was so nice, very willing and happy to share his love of the place and how much he loved making the property sustainable. We would stay there again for sure. Our one regret was that we only stayed one night. Oliviiet helped us get a reservation at a beautiful restaurant near the chateau and kept in touch with us to make sure we got there. A truly lovely man and gentleman. "There was no security,gates d or cctv,we had our camper vans windows smashed and goods stolen at 3 am in the morning,due to the stress of this we all decided to leave the hotel in the middle of the night.when we arrived the hotel receptionist said it was a very safe area and did not need any security,.I would definitely not recommend this hotel due to no security "

"This is a good stopover hotel in a convenient location. The room is small and basic. You get a bed, single pillows, tv, small desk with a stool, shower cubicle with separate wc, sink is in the room. There are absolutely no frills like a lock on the toilet door or a kettle. For the money it is fine and comfortable enough. You can buy coffee and snacks from vending machines as well as basic toileteries. Eating options are limited. The hotel has no restaurant but had an order point for food...

"Room was perfect. They advertise on their website & hotels.com that their are dog friendly with no restrictions. When we arrived it turned out the have a 15kg restriction which we did not meet. We also could not leave the dog alone in the property even though he is an older, well behaved (non noise making dog). We were made sign a document to agree to their conditions in order for our dog to be accepted. We obviously felt like we had little choice and this affected our plans for the evening. The...

"Overall, we had a great night here. Very clean and spacious, and well maintained. 5 minutes walk to Chateau Chenonceau. The only thing that was a bit problematic was that the room door lock system was getting old, so I could not easily lock or unlock the door and ask for the receptionist's help. Hopefully, the lock will be replaced before the busy season starts! "
