"Die Wohnung ist direkt am Strand und dazu gibt es einen Parkplatz, was super war, da einen Parkplatz zu finden in der Gegend sehr schwer war.Zusätzlich gab es noch einen Aufzug ,sodass wir nicht die Treppen hoch laufen mussten bis zum Dachgeschoss."

"Very well-located between the main parts of the Quai des États Unis and the Promenade des Anglais. I would say the property was as described/pictured. The windows open on the central courtyard that gives lots of natural light (and keeps out the street noise on the other side from the Quai des EU). Lots of detailed information is provided on how to operate everything. There are also lots of reminders/rules posted about noise, towels, garbage, cleaning, etc. Sheets and towels provided were...

"Check in was a bit confusing for us. Immediately prior to arrival an email or text reminder with office address would have helped. The wifi did not work for the 3 days we stayed. The manager said it was working prior, sent a technician who could not immediately remedy the problem. Be aware that this property is managed not by the owner but a management agency. Overall the apartment was as described. It was clean and fairly quiet. It is close to beach restaurants and shops."

"This is an amazing flat. The location is wonderful for experiencing the heart of old Niece. We enjoyed being able to open the balcony doors and see/hear the pulse of life happening in the plaza. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay that feels like you're staying in a luxury rental. We wish we could have stayed longer.
