"Where to start… we had an unforgettable experience at Château Pimo. The service level of the owner Sybille is just out of this world. It is such a bespoke, unique, and charming experience. The design of the hotel is incredible, property is clean and inviting with a beautiful pool and backyard. "The room was clean but needs renovation. Wardrobe handles and lamps are broken. Great to have a swimming pool but some of its rules are incomprehensible e.g., why men can only use speedo and not shorts? If it is for hygiene why swimming caps are not compulsory? Also, I would expect the hotel to provide beach umbrella for the shade, while apparently you have to bring your own for the pool. But who does that?"
