"The apartment stunk of cigarettes, a non smoking property absolutely reeking of smoke. The fridge had half bottles of other guests drinks. There was a gas pipe sticking up in the middle of the bedroom. The toilet roll was the last few sheets of an old roll. The towel wasn’t fit to dry a wet dog. Disgusting. "Lovely couple hosts, always happy to help if needed. The spaces are clean, and the modern kitchen is available if you’d like to prepare a meal. The house has a back garden and safe off-street parking, and it was a quiet place to sleep. One small suggestion would be to update the bath towels. Fresh, good-sized towels make a big difference for comfort and give guests that extra feeling of care and quality during their stay. Overall, a warm welcome and very good value for the money in that area. "

"Situé dans le quartier européen cet hôtel était parfait pour moi. Près des transports en commun. C'est anglophone comme établissement. Le personnel était très gentil et accueillant. Vous devez aller prendre un café et un sandwich au Utamu juste à côté. Bon voyage!"

"Location and friendly and courteous staff were highlights. Will definitely consider staying there again if we visit Brussels and will also recommend to our friends. Minor feedback was that I found housekeeping response to be a bit slow- but nothing major- ran out of coffee and creamer - called for it but did not get any. Also asked for ironing board it came after we left the room."

"Beautifully laid out and well maintained top hotel in Brussels. Nicely decorated, updated and quiet rooms. Very clean and fresh. Professional and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, nice cocktail bar and restaurant. Easy valet parking. Fairly centrally located along the prestigious Avenue Louise and in walking distance and/or easy transportation to many of the sights to see in Brussels and surrounding areas."

"Hotel was perfect for a long weekend get away. It’s in perfect location to both Brussels central and midi station 30 mins walking for both. Buffet breakfast was smaller than other places we’ve been too but honestly they had enough food for every taste. If your gluten or lacto intolerant they had a section there too. Staff were lovely, just bear in mind that there isn’t a daily clean service of your room you have to ask specifically what you need and it gets done, no fuss. We really appreciated that we could leave our bags in a safe place at the hotel especially as we were catching a late train. Room was spacious, we did arrive early and they kindly found us a room before check in time which was greatly appreciated as we had woken up super early and just needed a nap before our Brussels centre adventure. I would massively recommend this hotel. You are not far away from a very chic high street and the town centre is around a 30 min walk. Almost forgot there is a Carrefour extra across the road for anything. Would definitely come back."

"The hotel was nice and had a great atmosphere. I found the staff were really helpful, friendly, and attentive. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent and had all the essentials that you would expect. The location is good and it is only a 20 minute walk to the centre with plenty of places to eat very close to the hotel. There's also a bus stop right outside the hotel and a metro station close by. The only slight downside is the surrounding area can feel a bit shady depending on the time of day as I was approached by beggars on numerous occasions, however, this is not the fault of the hotel and was not the only place in Brussels where this happened. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would definitely stay again if in the area."
