この施設について

House / hot tub/pet friendly

  • You will find plenty of room to have family and friends with you to enjoy a peaceful vacation with the relaxing sounds of nature. Two living rooms, three bedrooms, two bathrooms kitchen and dining room. Sit out on decks hearing birds chirping, the rivers relaxing sound, or sit by fire pit and finish the day with a nice dip in the hot tub. NO cell phone service. There is wifi and TVs with dvd players also. JUST relax and enjoy. This house is my husband's home place. It was built in the 60s. And still has the older charm with the comfortable feeling of being at home. You will find occasional squeaky steps, seasonal ladybugs, stinkbugs and deer in the yard. There are many hiking trails, winery's and places to visit within a 30 min or less drive. Or just come sit back and enjoy being here in our beautiful nelson county with the mountains to calm and relax you. There is no city life here.

Relaxing time in woods

We enjoyed our stay. Loved hearing the river by and getting to do some hiking. We went into Salem Va to visit our college student and catch a banana ball game. Communications with the host was great!

This home is located in the most beautiful area of Virginia- the mountains are breathtaking. Teresa was wonderful, she was more than accommodating and very responsive to a power outage we experienced. It rained the whole weekend, but it didn’t put a damper on our trip. We went to see Crabtree Falls and stopped by the cutest little country store named Silver Creek Seaman Packing Shed. I highly recommend this home- thank you so much for your hospitality, Teresa!

A very peaceful place

We loved our stay at Teresa’s place. It was spacious, clean and such a relaxing retreat. Teresa was so helpful in giving suggestions of places to eat and things to do around there. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire pit and the peaceful surroundings. Overall a great place to stay!

Cozy Mountain Getaway

We loved our stay here! What a great scenic & remote retreat! There was more than enough room and had everything we needed. Lots of games of family game night and we enjoyed the hot tub. Only wish we could've stayed longer!

Quiet Escape

We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return. The house was tucked away about 3 miles from Crabtree Falls. We enjoyed morning walks, lots of stars, an awesome hot tub and a clean and well-equipped house. The hosts were attentive and responded promptly to questions.

Beautiful location & great get away!

This is a great get away, with a very attentive and friendly host. The river running thru the front yard was awesome. The home is well stocked, maintained and comfortable. Awesome view from the fire pit area.

Awesome spot!

Not only is this rental in a great location but the house itself was much larger than we originally realized. They had lots of kitchen utensils that helped us pull off a good homemade dinner as well! Would definitely stay again

Riverside hideaway

Plenty of room! We originally had 4 others coming with us that had to back out at the last minute, but our dog loved exploring and everything was warm and inviting. Loved the games, hot tub, and the bed slept great!

Super cute and comfy!

We loved this place!! It was everything promised and exactly what we were hoping for!! Had a few questions for the host and she responded quickly and effectively! We definitely look forward to returning this winter for some skiing, wineries & hiking family time!!
