Walked into room, it smelled. Chair was filthy and room had one half used roll of TP. Surfaces in kitchen had been wiped, as you could see streaks of filth. AC in bar/eating area was out in main floor. Which made it kind of miserable to be there. It has location working for it next to Spectrum ...
