Great room! We felt very safe! And to whoever reviews these we loved the concierge at the door that was on shift. He was very nice and fun! Give that man a raise! He worked Saturday 11.10.25 at around 6pm

The property was well appointed and reasonably priced. The staff member who checked me in was welcoming, personable, and efficient. The room had a full-sized refrigerator, a microwave, and a two burner cooktop. There was ample space for hanging clothes, as well as open shelving for folded clothing and miscellaneous items.

Nice hotel. Clean, friendly and quiet and inexpensive. Stayed during Thanksgiving, therefore front desk and service staff were limited (had no effect on me personally). Walls are thin, I could hear my neighbor snoring 😴. Beds are on ole skool frames and the floors are wood, so bed could slide a lil bit. Heating/cooling unit worked well. Bed was clean and comfortable with 4 comfortable pillows and a decent tv with "REAL" cable stations. Minutes from strip malls, Walmart and downtown Charlotte. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The staff had a lot of challenges to deal with during the weekend. But they dealt with everything well. There was a leak in the fitness center and a problem with the front door but everything else was in really good shape.

The building seemed very new. The staff was really good. The doors of the property are very loud and you can hear them at all hours, but I did sleep just fine. A full fridge and a kitchen sink is a really nice touch as well

Newly built location

The location is not what is displayed on the hotels app. The actual location of the Arrowood hotel is 1625 Deboer Ave, Charlotte, NC 28273. Overall stay was good, I would come back again, and the front desk person named Eddie had amazing customer service

Property was new clean and great. Water was shut down and due to maintenance issues without notifying me in the am. I couldn't take a shower before I checked out. Hence the 2 star rating.

The size of room was perfect for 2 people. New hotel so everything was clean and comfortable. Check in was a little busy when we arrived but staff was very nice ! They also have a nice small gym. No breakfast only coffee. It is a 15+min drive to the city in Charlotte. I would stay here again. I would suggest you bring your own hair dryer .

New place nice clean safe water doesn’t get hot enough or pressure isnt strong but we stayed only a night it was fine also double check address they had it posted wrong on this site resulting us to drive another 32 mins away from our event. Upon checking into the listed address apparently they were experiencing this same problem with multiple people. This is ARROWOOD location not Deboer! Front desk ENTIRE staff is awesome @ both location. Woodsprings customer service is A1

Enjoyable stay

This was my initial stay at this particular hotel. The staff was very helpful…esp EDDIE at the front desk. Hotel and room were very clean and were all I needed for my stay for the most part. Location is tucked away in a business park near I-77 and Tryon Rd…convenient to Uptown Charlotte. Security for guests is upgraded through mandatory use of room keys in order to access main corridors/elevator areas. No breakfast options or restaurant available on site however there’s coffee in the lobby…along with vending machines. There are many restaurant options in the Tryon Rd area close by. Rooms have full sized refrigerator/freezer, microwave, drop-in hotplate, and sink for cooking. Plenty of storage as well. No carpeting to worry about…flooring throughout hotel/room is luxury vinyl plank (LVP). Simple/basic hotel/room for extended stays. Good value for the money. My only recommendation would be to install ice machines on the hotel floors…or at least ice machines in the freezer area of refrigerator.

Ivan is a complete dick. Ivan allows the building to be nasty on his shift and others make sure the lobby, elevators, and common areas remain clean. Tremaine, Eddie, Qina, and Justine is the reason for such the wonderful reviews. Don’t waste your time, they don’t provide any sheets, Wi-Fi-codes towels or needed supplies to guest. They sold this hotel and it’s a complete s😡 show. The previous owners was a beautiful company to visit under but this new company only care about your money and not your care. This place is already in a very dangerous location. The staff except Ivan has wonderful guest customer service. He came in my room while I was naked and it was reported to management immediately. He has pervert behavior that will have this company in a law suit if he continues with this Epstein behavior. My room was paid for and he used his key without knocking stating I didn’t pay and I showed him, he then replied I was looking in the wrong folder, but you came in my room while I was naked over a paid bill. Yeah ladies watch out for Ivan Epstein because he will violate your privacy. I was compensated 40.00 off for this from the manager. Ladies you have been warned
Ivan Epstein is to be watched while you’re staying here. He has perverted behavior and will use his key to come in your room
Just wait till summer. The real reviews will show because the wonderful staff is the reason for the delightful experience

If you see this company run.. they don’t have 24 hour staff, allows Ivan to have Epstein behavior so if you’re a woman traveling please bring something to keep you safe from him. He will come in your room with his key and violate your privacy

Imagine the rodents that will follow in the summer. Ivan just sits on his iPad during his shift and allows the building to be nasty and allow guests to smoke weed and cigarettes during his shift.
