You are invited to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Close to I 85 and short drive to Charlotte, restaurants and shopping. With two outdoor eating areas, upper deck and large lower deck koi pond, firepit, fenced yard, work station, game room and more. Clean and relaxing home away from home.

They take good care of the property and it is stocked with pretty much everything you need. The common areas and backyard are very spacious and the bed was pretty comfortable. The backyard is definitely a highlight! The host is very responsive if you need anything and makes sure you have gotten settled in. The only downside is that there are a lot of cameras outside the property and they definitely keep an eye on them and the host will contact you. I understand wanting to have an eye on the property if something goes wrong, but it seems like these homeowners are taking it a little too far and invading privacy.

Delivers on its promise

We were in the area for a baseball tournament. Perfect little house to stay, as it was centrally located and near a highway. The yard was immaculate, which added to the stay. Upper end appliances, nice TV, and a clean property.

Great place to stay

Just as pictured! The cottage style house was perfect. The backyard was an oasis! It was kept up beautifully. And the host was awesome with communication. The only negative about this stay was that the deposit was super high (3000) and that we didn’t get it back until exactly 14 days after the check out date.

Beautiful property!

Absolutely loved our stay. We brought our dog and spent most of our stay in the backyard, which had lovely landscaping. Plenty of lounge furniture, space for our dog to run around, and the inside was one of the cleanest and best equipped houses we’ve ever stayed in. Communication with the property manager was quick and helpful. Truly enjoyed our visit and hope to return in the future!

First time to the area.

Property owners/managers were the best. Immediately responsive to our questions. Absolutely all needs of home living was provided while so many small personal touches were evident throughout home. February stay prevented us from enjoying backyard but it was great for our four legged family member. Overall would highly recommend. Centralized for visiting Lake Norman, Fort Nill or Charlotte. Beautiful home

This property is exactly as desribed in the listing. Very nice and comfortable. The outside is like an oasis, very welcoming. The only issue we had was there is no hot water in the kitchen. We made it work but was a bit of an inconvience. I'm sure had if I had reached out they would have came and fixed it but we had alot of plans while we were there.

Perfect stay for my family!!

I got this rental for some family members to stay in for my grandsons first birthday. They said the pictures do it no justice. It was beautiful and my daughter said they had everything!! The backyard is very big and nice!! Would rent again!
