Very clean and comfortable house. Nice fenced in yard but not accessible from inside of the house. To access the yard you must exit the house, walk past the cement stoop area then open a gate. Not that convenient if you have pets. Comfotable beds and couch and nice open floor plan. Dining table is in a step down area. Very responsive host.

Arrived late - kitchen and rooms spotless - this place had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Must find out the brand! Recommend this stay highly!

It has a nice big kitchen. Separate dining area. Bedrooms were spacious. Appreciated having 2 bathrooms. Laundry is readily available and can handle a full load of clothes. Although it is in the city of Mooresville, it is on the outskirts and set back from the main roads…so it was very quiet and relaxing!! The owner was very communicative and answered any questions we had promptly.We visit family in Mooresville quite often and have stayed at different places. This was one of our favorites.

Everything was great, comfy bed, quiet neighborhood, spotless house. Coffee machine wasn’t working and Kalen bought a brand new one and delivered it to the front door. I would stay here again.

Quick trip to Lake Norman. Great place and the fenced in backyard is plus especially for dog owners. Everything worked perfectly and it was nice having a washer a dryer.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 dogs. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Within driving distance of all the major attractions. We had a wonderful time here.

Great Thanksgiving getaway!q

Chose this property for a family get together for Thanksgiving . It was perfect for our needs! Very cute house, tastefully decorated and close to everything. Great communication - check in and check out was a breeze. Highly recommend !

Perfect spot to chill out.

This very clean house is located on a very quiet residential street. There is a patio with BBQ, although no view. The location is perfect to get any groceries, restaurant or service you may want. The house looks as though it was recently renovated with a modern kitchen and two lovely bathrooms. The living room and dining room are huge and can easily accommodate 6. There is a marina with a boat rental just 5 minutes away. The property manager Kalen was always quick to respond. Check-in is as easy as a key code. We would definately recommend this place.

Lake Norman Stay

Very nice place with all the needed amenities. Well maintained and very clean. Close to shopping and other outdoor activities. Host was very responsive on all questions and concerns. Would recommend this place.

Great Vacation Home, Awesome Property

This vacation home is absolutely perfect. The location is great, close to the city and close to the mountains. The home is clean, beautifully kept and it has everything you need for a great stay. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Responses to any questions were prompt and check in and check out was easy and painless. I definitely recommend this vacation home. Worked well for us

Communication was great - responsive to questions and clear with rules/expectations. Very clean. Plenty of dishes, utensils, sheets and towels for everything we needed. Only thing that was less than ideal is that we wished for a slightly bigger table to have everyone seated at for meals/games.

Great stay in Mooresville for a family, with great fenced yard!

Really clean updated home with all the essentials (washer and dryer, hairdryer, coffee machine, etc) with a fenced yard perfect to let the dogs off leash for a bit! Our host was incredibly responsive with any requests or questions and made the entire stay really great. Will definitely recommend the property to friends and family looking to visit the area.

Lovely Lake Villa

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully updated cute property. It was dog friendly with a nice fenced in back yard. Not only was it near the lake but close (just few minutes drive) to shops, grocery stores, etc. The property owner was very nice and very quick to respond with any questions we had. Highly recommend. We will be back!
