"Unfortunately, I found the cleanliness to be lacking, and my air conditioning decided to take a vacation of its own! I ended up having to switch rooms, which certainly added an unexpected twist to my evening and added stress but the staff was very friendly. "

"This is our second stay at Tru Hilton. Loved both stays. Rooms are immaculate as are bathrooms. All the amenities you need. Great breakfast bar with eggs, yogurt bar and goodies. pool table, workout equipment and indoor pool. What more could you want. Quiet too."

"The room was clean and comfortable. The only con was that the water kept rising in the bathroom sink. We did have someone come fix it, but it still wasn’t fixed at 100%. The water continued to rise, but it just wasn’t as high. We went for a concert and it was literally a 2 minute walk. Overall, it was an amazing experience and we’d stay at this hotel again and highly recommend for others."

"It wasn't all bad, but when I arrived there were people outside the room in the hallways eating and throwing their leftovers on the floor. Also, when I got to the room, the door was open; it was a big scare."
