"I had mixed feelings about my 3-night stay.
On the plus side, the room was clean and cozy. However, the bathroom door was broken and kept opening by itself—I could even see scuff marks where past guests had used the trash can to hold it shut.
More importantly, the service at the front desk was very poor. The man working there treated me quite poorly. Having lived abroad, I understood his rude remarks perfectly, which made it all the more frustrating.
Despite the nice room, I wouldn't stay here again because of the service. They really need to fix both the door and their staff’s attitude."
