"The property itself was perfect for what we were looking for. However, when we arrived we were told that there was a problem, as a water pipe was hit or broken (out of their control, which we agreed). We then got a message saying that it was slowly coming back on about 2 hours later. Unfortunately we were in a higher room so the pressure never got to us. We were without water for our entire stay. We were left buckets by the pool so that we could get pool water to flush the toilet. We were aware that it was out of their control - having said that it would have been a nice gesture for the staff to at least help take a bucket or two up all the stairs for us as it was a struggle "

"Services are terrible at this hotel. It may be discriminated specfic type of perple. To some, it is extremely friendly with talking and explaining for 20 min. or longer while we were line up to check out for rushing to the airport at the time there were only two customers service representatives were available. When we checked in, they gave juice to almost all check in customers except us. I am not sure if it is discreminated or what! Hotel needs major change to qualify for all time five stars hotel status that is a long way to go. Simon"
