It is a nice hotel. My issue was the room itself. The air conditioning wasn't working. I called the front desk and they sent someone up who replaced the thermostat in the room. It did work for about three hours then it stopped. It was 79 degrees in our room by the time morning came which resulted in a terrible sleep. I told the front desk the issue and they said they would fix it. Again it did work for a few hours but again the same situation. After returning from a wedding, the room again was unbearable. They switched us to a similar/smaller room at 11:30 pm. I can understand they might not have much available. I am very easy going but I won't return, they can't be trusted to fix an issue properly or care about the customer.

This place was seriously amazing! For the prince, right in Manhattan, we were incredibly impressed. Just a short walk to Central Park, right by lots of places to eat and get groceries, pretty close to bus stops. We are very happy we picked this place to stay!

Although I paid expedia, the hotel charged me for a stay. If I didn't check my statement, I wouldn't have known. Also and additional $45 a night in fees is very high.
