One of four residences in this 1870s-era historic renovated property, the 1,500-square-foot "Chestnut Suite" residence offers you a cozy retreat. Blending the best of old and new, this historic home has been completely refurbished with modern design and high-end appliances, fixtures and furnishings. Enjoy on-site exclusive parking, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (each stocked with plenty of fluffy towels, Gilchrist & Soames bath products, and a hair dryer), and a chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances. The open, spacious layout of the kitchen, dining, and living room allow you and your guests to relax, mingle, and enjoy each other’s company. This residence is larger in size and boasts amenities finer than the most famous hotel presidential suites.

Fun in Charleston

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and spacious and its location allowed us to be able to easily explore historic Charleston. While the street location isn’t necessarily pretty (located across from a warehouse) its location to all the places we wanted to wander was a positive.

Excellent Location!

One block north of Market, this property is an easy stroll to some of the best restaurants and Old Charleston sights. King St and it's plethora of shops is also an easy walk. Very comfortable place.

This property has the best location. You can walk to almost everything. Nicely furnished, everything worked great and it had all that we needed, including a parking spot. Very comfortable beds. Main bedroom did have some traffic noise but with white noise apps, we slept great.

Lovely location

The condo is located in a very walkable part of town close to lots of entertainment and dining. The apartment itself was very clean with all the amenities one could want for a weeklong stay. Communication with our host was easy and professional. We had a wonderful time

Most convenient location in Charleston!

Very nice property. Comfortable and spacious. Located a couple short blocks to the best restaurants, and lots of bars, desert places, etc, in Charleston. Landlord made everything easy. Only negative is that there is a lot of walking traffic past front of unit at night. Some overserved and quite loud. Perfectly safe, but noisy.
