This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Very nice home…well equipped…3 nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Only issue was very low water pressure in one of the upstairs showers…to the point it was almost unusable. Location is on a very busy (and dirty) street but the hose is well insulated so noose was not a big as long as doors and windows were closed.
Perfect for our group of six vacation to Charleston. House was clean, brightly lit and spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a dedicated bath, that was big for us. Enjoyed the balcony in the morning and evenings. Would stay here again.
This house was perfect for our weekend getaway.. Very clean and cozy.. Beds where very comfortable..
Overall pretty quiet.. Would definitely stay here again..
The only thing missing was a good set of pots and pans. We like to cook some meals in but also eat out. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay in Charleston.

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway in Charleston. The house was conveniently located just a few blocks from King Street, with Ubers to the Isle of Palms taking no longer than 20 minutes. Highly recommend.
We were looking for exactly what this rental had advertised and that’s what we got. It’s very clean! We loved the king bed and bathroom for every bedroom and being close to downtown.

Beautiful home! Conveniently located. Beds were super comfortably. House was immaculately clean. Loved the bed swing on the porch. The two parking spaces were perfect for 2 midsize SUVs. Would rent again.
The directions that were provide prior to our arrival were great (very accurate). Our stay was very pleasant. There are only a few places to walk to from this location (unless you really feel like walking a good ways), but everywhere was a short Uber ride. The updates are outstanding. The Master bedroom upstairs is gorgeous with balcony. I really liked that it had private parking behind the residence. You could look out at any time and check on your vehicle. We loved this place and will be coming back
This was a perfect place for our family of 4 adults to enjoy a weekend in Charleston. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, everyone had their own bathroom and it had everything we needed. The driveway is narrow but my son did manage to get his big pick up truck in. The house was a long walk (which we enjoyed) into downtown or a short Uber/Lyft ride so we felt the location was good. The neighborhood felt safe - very close to MUSC. The communication through the VRBO message with owners was great! If we come to Charleston again we would stay here. Thank you!
We loved our stay at this home! Good location and access to the main areas to explore in Charleston. House itself is excellent for a trip with family or friends and is very spacious and clean. Everything was as advertised in the listing. The only complaint we had was regarding the blinds, as they were broken/difficult to close. The home is also right off a highway, so the area is prone to noise and some sketchiness at night. Overall we felt safe, though!
The house super cute! It was very clean and felt brand new. I was there with my daughter to tour the college and we were able to walk to she school and several places most days. When we didn’t walk it was super easy and fast to get a ride share. It was great to have the parking spaces behind the house - felt very safe. Driveway was tight but I have a medium sized SUV and it was not a problem. We would stay here again!
The house was beautiful, super clean, and roomy.
However, the location was not ideal. A level one trauma hospital is 2 blocks down President street, which is already a very busy street. Every night it was constant sirens, mediflight helicopters and traffic. We could not get a good night’s sleep.
The furniture in the living room is not very comfortable. Stools are very hard and couches and chairs are not comfortable either.
As indicated from our ratings, our 5-member family, including children, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Before we arrived, communication with our host was excellent. The location was conveniently located near downtown Charleston and local restaurants. The accommodations were clean and well designed and decorated. Our observations that prevented us from giving 5/5 STARS were as follows:
1) Window blinds would not close completely for total privacy at night.
2) While the condo was very clean, a large, very disturbing roach-looking insect was seen and squished at bottom of the stairs. This was quite surprising and upsetting to our children and us.
3) It was rather challenging to drive our Chevy blazer through the alleyway to the rear parking lot. We bumped our side car mirrors and ended up folding one of them in when we drove into and out of the property.
4) Lastly, although it may/may not be controllable, the early morning (6:30a/7:00a) noise from ground maintenance was rather disturbing.

Great place, very clean, had everything we needed. Convienant location for the best of both worlds for Charleston - golf, downtown, beaches, restaurants
